Biography of  Thomas Stockert

Born in 1958 in Mainz


In 1978, he took part for the first time in Hatha Yoga classes. Beginning with macrobiotic cuisine.
During this time he began to lead a healthy life and eat accordingly.


In 1980 he made his first trip to India and studied there at various ashrams. Here began his spiritual path. He has studied since that time many different meditation methods. Since then he has practiced Siddha Yoga and Vipassana.


From 1984 to 1986 he made ​​his Shiatsu training in Wiesbaden with diploma. Attending seminars with Watru Ohashi and S.Yamamoto.
1987 he learned Sotai to correct a method to the structure of the body.


From 1989 to 1991 he did his medical practitioner training in Munich.
1991 to 1992, he completed a Chi-Kung teacher training with Master Chang Zhi-Li for a year he worked in a psychiatric hospital and supervised mentally disturbed people. He cooked for cancer patients with macrobiotic cuisine and gave them a new perspective on life.


From 1988 to 1994 he led a “center for Eastern healing methods” in Munich, where he taught Shiatsu, Sotai, Chi-Kung. In cooking classes, he has shared his expertise on the macrobiotic cuisine. At the same time he offered courses of his therapeutic work. During this time he taught in various cities in Germany and Switzerland, primarily Shiatsu, Sotai and Chi Kung. He wrote many articles about his work for various magazines (esoteric and alternative medicine).


Since 1994 he has lived on his elected island of Lanzarote where he offers his therapeutic work. He has completed additional training in Craneo Sacral Therapy and Trigger Point.


From 2005 to 2013 he worked as a freelance therapist at Club La Santa with top athletes from around the world. Here he worked mainly with sports massages.
